From 2018 through October 2024, Wesley served as Vice President of Information Technology and Equity Partner at TeamLogic IT. In this role, he provided executive-level technology leadership and strategic guidance for organizations across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, financial services, restaurants, logistics, distribution, and professional services. He managed enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, IT budgets, vendor ecosystems, and service delivery teams.

Prior to that executive role, Wesley was the Franchise Owner and Technology Executive of TeamLogic IT of Richardson from 2006 to 2018. Having built and developed a managed technology services organization from the ground up, Wesley helped countless business owners transition away from reactive, break-fix support models toward proactive monitoring, preventative maintenance, advanced cybersecurity, lifecycle planning, and business-aligned IT management. His foundation combines formal Management Information Systems studies at Brookhaven College in Dallas, Texas, with decades of continuous vendor training and top-tier industry credentials, including Datto, CompTIA, VMware, Sophos, Fortinet, and multiple Microsoft certifications earned over his career.
